Removing of wordpress formatting

When I create a new page, and I have Job Manager plugin running, the default formatting (<p> &
<br />) is not entered into the page. As soon as I disable the Job Manager plugin the tags are inserted. This only applies to new pages. All the old pages I have keep their formatting
Any thoughts as to what this may be?
