Removing or Hiding Dysfunctional Shortcodes

    Scenario no longer working plugin or undesirable for whatever reason is deactivated but with a legacy of shortcodes that were in use in any number of posts that cannot be readily identified short of viewing each and every post.

    What an ugly residue!

    Any suggestions on how to remove or hide automatically?
