removing -Other books in ""- frame at the end of book pages

    Hi !

    Thank you for your hard work on that plugin.
    My question is in the title : Is there a way to remove the {Other books in “”} frame at the end of each book pages ???

    For whatever reason, this does not work properly and looks very dirty on one of my sites, So I would like to get rid of it.
