Removing "Participant Info" wording from single record display

Hello,

Forgive me if this is an obvious question or if you have answered it before, but I couldn’t find it in the threads. I’d like to remove the “Participant Info” wording from the single record display (I’m using the plugin to provide users with a searchable database of political prisoners – see https://uzbekpoliticalprisoners.org/prisoners-of-conscience/prisoner-profile/?pdb=2 for an example).

I tried searching the template php files to see if I could customize the output, but I’m having no luck.
