Removing PayPal's 'Note to Buyer' msg in email?

I’m using the standard PayPal gateway with no API.
Is there a way to remove/disable the Note to buyer text/message that the customer receives when their order is shipped (USPS)?
Note to buyer: {"order_id":XXX,"order_key":"wc_order_XXX...XXX"}
