Removing post author URL

Hi,

I use the Astra theme on a single-author blog, so while I would like to have the author name appear in the information of each post, I don’t want the name to link the author archive. (The archive is disabled anyway, but I’d like to get rid of the link completely, as it looks a bit untidy to have a dead-end link.)

Is there a way I can remove the link from the post author name?
