    Hello joshmasagana,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re having trouble removing products from the cart.

Could you provide more details on the steps you’re following?
A screenshot or a short video showing the issue would help diagnose the problem.
You may use awesomescreenshot.com to record a video and share the link here.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi @doublezed2,

    1. When adding products to cart, it works only when i don’t remove a product before adding
    2. When i remove a product from cart, it works only for one time
    3. When i remove a product after removing one, it doesn’t work

    Here’s the screen video

    Hello joshmasagana,

Thank you for more details and the video.

The Mini Cart widget that you are using is part of your theme.
I suggest contacting your theme support to resolve this issue.

I tried to access the Cart page but was redirected to the Checkout page.
It would be helpful to confirm if this issue also occurs on the Cart page.
Can you check it for me, please?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi @doublezed2

Yes the mini cart is part of my theme. But the older version of Google Analytics for WooCommerce works fine with my theme.

In the Cart page, adding and removing products works fine.

    Thanks!

    Hi @joshmasagana ,

Thanks for checking the Cart page. It’s good to hear the issue doesn’t happen there. Since an older version of Google Analytics for WooCommerce works fine, the problem might be with the latest plugin update not fully syncing with your theme.

A quick fix could be to roll back to the version that was working smoothly but it might be worth checking if your theme is fully up to date and if it’s confirmed to work with the newest version of Google Analytics for WooCommerce. An update from your theme’s end could iron out these concerns. May we ask if you had the chance to contact your theme support as my colleague suggested?

    Looking forward to your response.
