removing 'response 2.0 options' from the toolbar.

    Hi, i cant seem to work out how to not display the ‘response 2.0 options’ tab in the toolbar to my users when they are logged in.

    user’s don’t have permission to access that menu so there is no reason to keep it there, but i cant turn it off. it makes no difference to me if it shows up when logged in as an admin or not.
