• On the Sample Competition Layout, which I obviously copied for my own layouts, under Type, Data Type, Options List and Digital Value Stored and X are all restricted. How do I remove the restrictions (on my copy)? I would like to set up different layouts for print and digital competitions without users having to select from the two alternatives when loading images.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Just click on the restriction to open it, and then click “Remove Restriction”.

You will need to give your copy a name (e.g. “Regular Digital”), and then save it. After that you can create another layout by copying either the Sample one or the one you just made, editing it and saving it with another name (e.g. “Regular Print”).

It was set up this way for speed. Most layouts for the same club use many of the same fields, and it can take some time to get all the fields the way you want them.

Clicking on the item with red box around it has no effect. Were do I find the restriction to open and remove it?

Below the list of fields, where it says “Optional Restrictions On Allowed Field Values”. Click on ‘A Digital type must have an Image File’.

My apologies – the small arrow icons, that should be there to indicate that the grey bars can be clicked to open them, seem to have gone missing. Repeat users would be used to the setup and not notice, so I was never told. I’ll try to fix it for the next release.
