Removing Roles and Capabilities After Uninstall

In 2015 & 2016 we used give for our non-profit – since we are fairly small – it was a great way for us to fundraise on our website and keep costs down. I commend you for such a great job. However, as we grew, we decided to go the way of an integrated CRM. After we downloaded our data from Give – we uninstalled the plugin and deleted the roles. Unfortunately – the capabilities are still in the wordpress system – and frankly I am confused as to which ones are Give and which ones are a part of the CRM. Is there a way to remove the capabilities upon install of Give?
