removing space above header. Cant find it in files.

twenty ten child theme.

I need to remove space above header and I just can’t find it.

I already have

#site-title {
display: none;

when I look for it with the de-bug it says :

html {
margin-top: 32px !important;
}

I can’t find this anywhere!!
