Removing tag around YouTube urls

Hi,

I just imported around a thousand articles from Joomla. Everything went pretty smoothly except the YouTube URLs. We used a lot of embed video on our site and Joomla used to wrap all the URLs into <p> and tags.

Would there be a way to remove all ?and <p> tags around the URLs so oEmbed can properly render the embed video. If not, anybody knows a plugin that would embed the video whatever tags is around it.
