Removing tag/category text from under image posts

Hi folks!

I’m a wordpress newbie so apologies if this is a stupid question. I want to remove the tag/category text from underneath the image posts on my site monsterriot.com I still want the posts to stay in these, I just don’t want the tags to be visible as I want a cleaner design.
