Removing Text/Link in right lower corner

Hello,

I have one Question concerning the Hemingway WordPress-Theme. Is it allowed to remove the

Theme von Anders Norén — Hoch ↑

section in the right lower corner (this is german version here) if I pay/donate for the theme or is this allowed under the licence anyway?

I’ve seen a thread where someone asks how to remove it within single pages, but I don’t want to do something which is not allowed.

Please don’t get me wrong, I would never claim that the theme is mine or something and would not remove any comments of the source codes which claim the original creator. It is just that a person for whom I am currently building a site needs this section to be empty or wants to use it for other info.
