Removing the page name and Google map question

  • Hello!
    When I click on a button on the top menu / as “Contacts” / the “Contacts” is written in the page itself, is it possible to remove this label? I want it to be written at the button in the top menu, but after clicking on it to be shown only the text for the contacts. I hope I explained understandable.
    My other question is how can I put a Google Map in the Contacts section?
