Removing the THICK black widget line

The website has up the offline page. So I can’t see what you are talking about.

Sorry forgot- i turned it off

Place this in your style.css or where ever you are putting in custom css changes

h3.widget-title {
border-bottom: none!important;
}

And it should be gone.
