Removing Website name from pages on search engines

  • On search engines my pages come up: page name-name of my website.

    I don’t want the name of my website on every “page” that shows up on google.

    How to remove?

    To remove your website name from the page titles that appear on search engines, you can adjust the title settings in your SEO plugin, like Yoast SEO or Rank Math. In the plugin settings, go to Titles & Meta (or a similar section), and update the title template to exclude the website name for pages. You may use %title% alone instead of %title% | %sitename% to display only the page name.
