Removing “whatever you send is great” image from templates, MailPoet 2

I can’t figure out how to remove the “whatever you send is great” image from the top of the included basic newsletter template. Whenever I try to delete it, nothing happens. Is it even possible to remove it, or is it there permanently because I’m not a Premium user?

Also, how do I migrate over to MailPoet 3? I saw a knowledge base article about running them side-by-side, but I’d rather be able to delete one at some point ??
