Removing white space between last block and footer

Hi everyone, I’m hoping this is a simple fix. I’ve already adjusted the padding and margins to 0 on both the block and the footer, but there is still a white space between the two. I tried to disguise it by making the background of the block white, but you can still tell there is too much space there.
