    catonwall,

you need to login on your admin page, go to “appearance > theme options”, under “related post” section you will find a checkbox which can disable this feature.

Yes, but I didn’t want to disable the theme’s feature but wordpress’ default one. But disabling and enabling it solved my problem.
    Thank you so much! <3

WordPress by itself doesn’t have a related post feature by default, not that I am aware. Themes and plugins that provide such feature. My best guess is that you added some related posts plugin. You should take a look at you plugins page.

    Well, is this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/related-posts/

The thing is that if the blog has its own feature, the wordpress one won’t show up. But in my case, I had both so it looked really bad ??

It looked like this: https://puu.sh/8KFCw.png (this one is made up, I didn’t take the screencap before)

So, the one in the top is wordpress default, the one in the bottom is yours. I had both at the same time.

There are 2 types of WordPress as far as I know.

One is hosted on WordPress.com and you don’t need to pay for your own host, WordPress hosts it for yourself. It is like a blogspot and you don’t have the same customization as the www.ads-software.com. You sent me a like from WordPress.com, so I am a bit confused now, I am not sure if blogs from WordPress.com are now able to use themes from www.ads-software.com, I don’t think so.

Well, but I’m telling you that this how it looked like! haha and I have my own host with www.ads-software.com installed, not WordPress.com. I don’t know much about these things, but maybe someday someone else can have this same problem, so it’s nice to explain it. ??

    Site url?

I have solved it now, so you won’t see anything ??

    Thank you. <3

I’ve seem ppl with two related posts like yours before, but I didnt understand why. I thought they installed a plugin for that and I didnt realised it was a default one.

I have my WordPress installed locally on my computer and I can’t find this “native related post” here.

    Weird.

Btw, if you could let me a review I’d appreciate it ??

Jeez, I’m so sorry, now I understand what happened (a lesson to learn).

My partner downloaded the Jetpack plugins and the feature was included. I’m new in these things so I just realize it now.

Sorry for the inconvenience!! Thank you very much, sorry for wasting your time.

    Hugs!
