removing yellow messages

Hi –

Is there a way to use this tool to remove the yellow messages

“Oh bother! No topics were found here!”
and
“Your account has the ability to post unrestricted HTML content.”

I tried out another plugin (bbp toolkit) and it removes them – but it seems to not work with your plugin (i.e. it appears to override). I much prefer this to do all styling but can’t figure out how to remove these messages.
