    Hi,
I have removed Yoast from my website and noticed it has left entries in the database. Could you advise me of the process to completely remove the plugin and what entries need to be removed from the database?
    Thank You.

  • You have to be careful you need to go into myphp admin and just delete the Yoast table. Or you can download a database optimize plugin that removes all orphaned entries that belong to plugins that no longer live on your site

hi, Yes I realise that’s what I have to do. I have downloaded a DB plugin to do this but was asking the names of the entries that need deleting. Thanks.

    Hi @mikes46

If you want to remove all traces of the Yoast SEO plugin, please search the database for entries containing ‘wpseo’ and manually remove the data. Yoast stores all the data in the Database. We hope this helps!
