Rename All Files

I am confused on how to use your plugin. When I go in to the media library I put a name in the “Alternate Text” area, then what?

When I pressed the “Rename All Media” button it didn’t do anything. All my file names are still the same as they were originally.

There is an idea in the media library that says “To Be Renamed (0)” but there’s no way to place any in that category.
