Rename and retitle not entirely effective

I don’t know if it’s partial incompatibility with WP4.3 or something else, but here is the case I met.
I renamed files through the field in the media library, checked the box of the media and launched a “rename and retitle”.
>> The title of the media changed ok
>> Just under is the filename (with .jpg). It didn’t change…
>> BUT if I open the media page and check the URL to the image, the filename has changed.It seems to only be cosmetic but it serves also as a verification of correct operation.
