Rename Login URL (not working)

    Hello,

    When I set a custom URL (Login and Spam > Rename Login URL), and hit save, it updates the page but my default WP login page still opens. Either it is not working, or whitelisting an IP address overrides this feature. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong.

    We have not been informed about this issue by other customers so I think the issue can be site-specific. Could you please provide any screenshots and raise a query using the plugin so that our developers can directly look into it? You can also send a query using our Website.

    The question I have is where does this option change the setting in WP? Is there a file or database I can check to see if this setting is being modified on my site? Thank you.
