Rename State/County and Region

    Hi I wanted to rename “State/County” and “Region” located under “Where” when creating an event?

    In Events-Settings-Formatting-Search Form there are choices to rename the State/County and Region labels which works for search but it does not change the labels when creating the event.

    Any help would be appreciated.
