rename theme title

I have purchased a WooCommerce WordPress Theme and I wanted to rename the theme title name so when the client log-in goes to Appearances -> Theme Options they dont see the title of the theme, I wanted to put there company as title so it would look like company name – WooCommerce WordPress Theme

please advice which file i need to modify, thanks,
