Rename WP Catalogue on Theme Breadcrumbs

    Hi,
    I have placed my WP Catalogue on a page called Product List and this shows on my themes breadcrumbs when the All Products category is selected, however WP Catalogue shows with everything else. If you pick on this link it goes to a 404 error. Is it possible to rename this somewhere so the link is valid?
