You’ll need to deactivate the plugin manually. Do you know how to remove the plugin folder from wp-content/plugins?

Sorry, I should probably be a bit more specific.
Just go to your hosting account and find the file manager, or alternatively use ftp or ssh if you know how to use it. Open the folders wp-content and plugins and then remove the folder rename-wp-login. Now the plugin is deactivated.
Go to the normal login page, example.com/wp-login.php, log in and install the plugin as usual again. The new version of the plugin fixes your problem.
