Renaming login page, qtranslate x cause a page not found

Hi,
I’m using the All In One WP Security & Firewall plugin
The plugin has an option to rename the login page.
It looks like, when doing that and if the qtranslate-x plugin is activated, when going to the new login page, it shows as page not found
Even reverting back to the original name (wp-admin), it shows as page not found as well
After some digging and deactivated all other plugin and re-activating them one by one, when re-activating the qtranslate-x plugin, this is where the issue happens.

Something to look at, don’t know from which side is the issue
