Renaming "Other" and moving it to the top/first in the list.

Hi,

I’m not great at coding, but I’m trying to figure out how (or if) I can rename “Other” to something else, and also have it listed first in the choices of donation amounts.

Ideally, the input box would also always be listed even if the ‘other’ radio button is not selected.

Is there anyone willing to help me out?
