Renden Pro tutorial for the current edition?

    Can anyone recommend a current tutorial video for wordpress 4.5.3 with Renden Pro theme? I purchased the theme last week and we cannot find our way through the basic set up.
    For now, we’re stuck trying to set up a menu beneath the header that can link to other pages i.e. archives, news items, and a podcast.

    We have perused countless tutorial videos and forums over the past week, but their menu and sub-menu categories don’t match up with what we have here.

    Thanks for any help you may offer.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Ah yes.. perused their site and I remembered that their site was where we first began our search for help last week. They don’t have an active help forum (coming soon) and nothing comes up in searches in their “Knowledge Base.”

    If any members here know of a tutorial for this combo, please do let me know. Thanks!

    We contacted ThinkUp Ltd again and did several more hours of searching today. After 11 days of being stuck on this, we have no option but to cut our losses and uninstall the Thinkup Renden Pro theme and go with something else. It’s put us too far behind and we’re up against the clock.

    James Huff, thank you for your prompt attempt to help on this last night. There just wasn’t anything more you could do because it was an external vendor’s product. We greatly appreciate your effort to try to help.

    You’re welcome! Probably best at this point to go with a supported theme.

    Have you considered the free themes at https://www.ads-software.com/themes/browse/new/ ? With currently 3,991 to choose from, I’m sure you might find something like what you’re looking for. Try the Feature Filter option there.

    Each theme you find there, for example https://www.ads-software.com/themes/harmonic/ will have a “View support forum” button in the sidebar to the right, where you can see how well supported it is.

    James, just FYI.. you were right. Went to a WordPress-supported theme and everything was installed, running, and looking amazing in less than 10 minutes.
