  • Sorry I should not use Canada location to test your page speed, your local country should be faster page speed. If you serve international customers than your need CDN services like CloudFlare CDN (free with limitations) or others CDN.

    If your found wasted lots time to minify CSS & JS, you should try CloudFlate auto minify and auto anysc js (free too) to meet your target time line. Fast internationally page load (cannot auto minify both activated W3tc and cloudfare).

    Thanks a lot. I’m a new user so I tried changing the setup and kept checking the web to see if anything got broken. So I steel don’t know all the terms you use’ as in : “All external URL CSS & JS “. I don’t know how to distinguish between them and other files. So if you have the time and patience, I’d love if you can guide me.

    external url = mean NON your website url address CSS & JS cannot minify because not your files.
