Hello everyone, I have recently built a website using Avada, for caching purposes I have used this plugin, I have been in contact with the Avada support on various performance issues and since I have not found a solution yet, I have turned here for help. As you can see below I have attached a link to my website’s gtmetrix scores, mind you they are pretty good, but I have some warnings that I want to get rid of, first and foremost is the render blocking, open the file you will see that it loads fonts from languages that I most certainly don’t use, the Avada support team told me that is was a plugin problem, so I am here. Lastly I would to know to how and if possible to get rid of the unused css.

    Hello @georgempouk

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Yes, I can see that GtMetrix is suggesting that one file is render-blocking:

The results are actually much better when testing the website with HTTPS instead of HTTP protocol

W3 Total Cache can only minify files. When you are using Auto Minify, W3 Total Cache does its best to minify and combine all files.
If you try and disable Minify, you will see which files are render-blocking, and once minified to a CSS file, that file will also be recognized as render-blocking.
W3 Total Cache has the option to “Eliminate render-blocking CSS by moving it to HTTP body” in Performance>Minify>CSS. With this option you can eliminate that file as render-blocking, however, this option is only available in the Pro version of the Plugin.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!
