Render blocking resources, CSS badges issue

Per changelog this was fixed in 5.23.0(?) if I understand correctly but as of the most recent version 5.24.0 this is still a problem. I don’t even use any badges and they still load on the site see this screenshot:

wp-content/plugins/customer-reviews-woocommerce/css/badges.css?ver=5.24.0 loads on every single page even when it is not inserted anywhere via shortcode.

Please advise, thanks!
