However, it seems that this is a general error message. To see the real error message, you need to enable WordPress debug mode. After that, send the error message here so we can check it on our end and provide a solution.
To enable it, please follow the steps explained in this link: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ then send the error message here, and we’ll check the error message to understand why it happens on your website.
Also, kindly provide us with your system environment information. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard.
