Renew ads with another plan

  • Hi,

    I need that when the user wants to renew an ad, they can choose the plan they want (in the event that there are several plans). At this time, as the plugin is configured, it can only be renewed with the plan that the ad currently has. This doesn’t make sense as if you want to switch to a premium plan for example, you can’t, you would have to delete the ad and create it again with another plan.

    Thank you for your nice review and this feature request. Right now, we only have that available in our sister plugin, Business Directory Plugin. We’ve got this feature added to an enhancement request but we don’t have a specific date when it will be ready.

    Ok, but is your free plugin compatible with the AWPCP? Can both plugins be used to solve this problem?

    You can use both AWP Classifieds and Business Directory Plugin on the same site, but there is no special integration between the two. If this feature is imperative for your business, you may want to consider Business Directory Plugin.

    The AWP Classifieds are typically used on sites where the renewal of ads isn’t always the priority — its emphasis is more about placing new ads. The Directory plugin is more about long-term listings.
