Renew expired properties

How to easily renew expired properties. For example, I have an apartment that has expired (invoice) . Do I have to retype and send all properties (text, images…) or is there some easy way to renew. Let’s say, just to send a request to extend the subscription, to receive an invoice and I pay… The question is also related to ‘pay per listing’. Although I would like to know about ‘pay per package’. Thanks in advance…
