Renew or change of cookie consent

The settings or revoke button on devices smaller than 768px is hidden. This includes low-resolution tablets and mobile phones.
The reasoning is that the pop-up settings button is sensitive to scroll behavior from the bottom on mobile phones and tablets, and is hidden by default to improve user experience. The same settings button is however available on the cookie policy or you can use the settings shortcode, or add some css to always show the revoke button.
