    I have a problem with Yith subscriptions. I have several customers who have purchased subscriptions. It’s been a month. They are supposed to be withdrawn money every 30 days, but no withdrawal has taken place. I do not understand why. I specify that I do not have the premium version.

    Allessandra from Yith support told me that regarding the free version, payments via Stripe are not automated.

    But I have two questions:

    1) How can I ask my customers to renew manually? is there a specific link? Or should I ask them to buy the product again? Which seems a bit silly to me.

    2) If I buy the premium version, are payments via Stripe automated?
    And will payments missed because of the free version be taken automatically?

    Hi @stancarrey
    This plugin version support only PayPal standard,so if you use another gateway the renews will not manage.

    Okay, but is the premium version supported by stripe?

    And, if I buy the premium version right now, will the ubscription already launched be payed by stripe?

    My question is :
    I have subscriptions that were paid for by Stripe. But since I’m using the free version of the plungin, the renewal doesn’t happen.
    If I now switch to premium mode, will the subscriptions already in progress be taken over by the premium version, and therefore will their payment be renewed in the coming months? thank you

    Hello there,
    if you switch to the premium version the old subscriptions paid with Stripe won’t be renewed. It is necessary that the customers buy again the subscription product.
