    Hello,

    I am facing issue on my website. The customers advised me once they cancel the subscription in their profile there is no option to renew it. I can see in the settings in “Current Membership Buttons Options” that “Display Renew Subscription Button” is on but is taking no action and not displaying anywhere. That means the customer has to create new subscription and make a new registration on my website what is very inconvenient.

    Can anyone help me how to solve this issue?

    Hello,


    Kindly consider that when the plan is cancelled from the front-end side then the plan is completely removed from that member’s account as the member has cancelled the subscription.


    The option for showing the renew button will be visible when the plan is expired i.e. the plan duration is over then the member will be able to renew the plan.


    Furthermore if you are willing to allow the members to have access to any plan when they hit the cancel button then you can set the action from the ARMember Lite -> Manage Plans page here add/edit a new plan, and at the “Subscription/Recurring” plan type you will be able to check the option “Cancel Subscription Action (By User)”, and accordingly the member will have the access to the plan which you have set here.


    However, to allow the members to purchase a new plan then the member can purchase it through the same setup form which they used initially, but while making a purchase with an logged in account the registration form will be skipped, as the member is registered and logged in.
