    Hey Team, 

    It’s Safira from https://tiffinandteaofficial.com/. I think there’s something screwy with the support emails. I’ve tried to contact you and it seems like I haven’t gotten any replies. 

    I recently got charged for an automatic renewal and I would like to cancel and get that refunded (as well as disable any automatic renewals for any JetPack products/services). How/what do you need from me to make that happen?

    Apologies, resending because I don’t think I am receiving emails from Jetpack on my normal email address. I haven’t had a response since February.
