Renewal Discount

Hello,

My premium access was due for renewal on 28th Nov as per subscription. Saw an email with 65% renewal discount but I couldn’t find any option to apply that discount , replied to the email with subject ” We miss you at Easy Digital Downloads (Get 65% OFF)” on 25th Nov to get clarity on the matter. Daniel Goldak replied the email without much delay and said discount has been applied on my account, but again I couldn’t find any option where the discount was applied and in next email which I sent on 26 Nov , I wanted to confirm how I can see the discount is applied , however No reply came …
And on 28th my PayPal got a deduction of $599 .. again no response of email uptil now…

And today there is another Cyber Monday deal with same level of discount. Unfortunately I have been unable to make the amount from the store which I paid for and was looking forward for the discounts so sort me out here , if my emails can be replied would like to continue the conversation there …
