Hey Psmeg – that code is actually a plugin that you can download as a zip and install through manual upload on your site.

Here’s instructions if you’re not familiar with that:

Once it’s on your site, you will need to edit the plugin to customize it for how often you want the emails to go out. Look for this comment:

//<--- !!! UPDATE THIS LINE TO CHANGE WHEN EMAILS GO OUT !!! -->

and change the array:
$emails = array(30,60,90);

to whatever frequency of emails you want.
