Renewal email possible?

  • I’m giving the 7-day trial a try, and I cannot see (in the docs or settings) a way to automatically send an email to a user saying that their membership is about to expire. Is that possible? Thanks!

    Hi esarbege,

    We’ll note this down as a feature suggestion (notification email pertaining to the expiry date, not the payment). As for a payment reminder (if you’re charging for membership), that would be handled by whatever platform you’re using to accept the payments (Stripe or PayPal).
