Renewal “processed”, but ignored the fee.

The renewal for one of our subscribers, processed on April 15, failed to process the renewal fee.
Looked at Stripe and the webhook – the transaction WAS pushed to Stripe, but it was for $0.00.Looked at the Transaction using the transaction/subscription ID – it shows $990 was charged. sub_1P5wFBBNstdCjtj08JGhgPhT
“View Subscription” shows the fee of $990, but somehow it got zeroed out when it processed.
One – what is the best way to correct the issue?
Two – how do we prevent this going forward?Looked at the transaction using the order number – invoice code 4768DD7CD1 – and while it has the CC information stored, it has $0.00 for the total.
The renewal is member User ID 12.
