Renewal takes up to 6 hours to process

  • Hi,
    Just wondering if this is how it’s supposed to work, but when a member renews it sets the expiry date properly but the status isn’t updated to active. Then, after a delay, sometimes 6 hours, it sets the status to active by itself.

    It works as expected for new members, just renewals seem to have this delay.

    Hello @demerit,

    Yes, this is expected. This runs on cron and it is triggered each six hours. So every six hours there is action that checks status of the subscriptions and then change them accordingly.

    Our developers are aware that this might not be best solution and they are looking into changing that to better way.
