    we are having issues after updating woocommerce rental products plug-in. It works fine for a product until we add product addons then this error is shown in the cart. Is this a known issue and is there a fix please?

    Can you please share which plugin you are using for the rentals?

    Can you share more details on the error that shows? You can paste it here or share a screenshot. I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Hi, and thanks for the quick reply.

    I am using this plugin snipboard.io/6AM0yP.jpg

    This is the error that popups up in the cart if I have added any product addons to the order snipboard.io/p9W8xP.jpg

    im not seeing a selector to search for fatal errors though

    You may need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you are able to access that page.
