reoccurring responses/comments/replies

I have been getting responses to my blogs that I post on my site. The problem is that they are sent to my comments section on the dashboard multiple times. It happens to almost all of the comments that are sent to my site. Can any one recommend a fix to stop this from happening? Thanks.
