Reopening Comments

If this is a single post, you can do that without the plugin by directly editing the post in the Edit Post screen

As I explained in my question, I did that. I checked the “allow comments” box on that single post. It did NOT work. The post still displays “comments are closed.”

PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Can you add the post ID of the post you’re editing under the Keep comments open field

Can you please post me screenshots of your General and Comments tabs in the settings page?

No idea how to post screenshots here. Perhaps you can provide direction. This dialogue box only allows for text.
